Samples and returns

How samples work

Evaluation samples are offered to qualified business buyers so your laboratory can verify identity and purity before a production order. Sample quantity is sized for analytical verification; sample cost and courier fees are quoted per request and are typically credited against a first production order.

What can be returned

Sealed, unopened containers returned within 14 calendar days of receipt are accepted if the material was shipped in error or does not match the confirmed batch specification. Opened chemical raw materials cannot be resold and are excluded from return for safety and quality reasons.

How to start a return

The first step is an email to sales@mexico-01.example.com with your order reference, the batch number and photos of the packaging. We confirm eligibility within two business days and issue return instructions with the correct shipping address — materials must come back in their original packaging with documents intact.

Refunds and credits

Approved returns are refunded or credited within 14 calendar days of the material arriving back and passing intake checks. Courier fees for eligible returns are borne by us; for buyer-caused returns they are borne by the buyer.
